Attachment: listheader scrolls away

Bug 391740 has been fixed and listheader in richlistbox
is displayed at correct position.
But if you scroll richlistbox, listheader moves up.
It should not scroll but should stay the top.

Removing the xul: namespace and enclosing it in a xul:vbox works for
Tools->Options->Applications. I haven't tested it with anything else.

But this fails the first test case in <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=276173> since the richlistbox has a default horizontal orientation.
