Expected results: The link's target is being continuously displayed in the statusbar. Actual results: It is displayed only during pointer movement, and, unless I switch tabs, the previously used tab's title is highlighted at the same time. Does not happen in the previous nightlies; approximate regression range: 2007091704-2007091802.
Nothing appears in the Error console.

I see this on www.canadacomputers.com using the left menu. Adding URL as a temporary test case. Note: this is most reproducible if you open the site in a second tab

Also, I found if I go to another site in the tab after loading canada computers, then press back, the site works fine. However as soon as a switch tabs back and forth, the flashing comes back. So for instance: 1. Load canadacomputers.com in 2nd tab - see flashing 2. Load google.ca in 2nd tab 3. Press back 4. no flashing, menu works ok 5. Switch to tab 1 6. Switch back to tab 2 - see flashing is back!
