For the merge of ftp.m.o and archive.m.o, we need to have the majority of files transferred over before we start the outage. I'm tracking this dir by dir at the wiki page in the URL field.

This script makes the final sync from ftp.m.o to archive.m.o a bit smarter than a single command, so that we can pickup the changes in the likes of webtools without risking blowing away all the dirs in firefox/nightly. mozilla/ is special cased because it's got a bunch of directories that existed only on ftp or archive; calendar because it's got two nightly dirs an extra level down. Example output for a dummy run to follow.

Basic features of this - pick up new addons since synced on 18th (although this doesn't really matter if the master is elsewhere) - pick up tinderbox-builds for all active apps, and nightlies since each dir was synced (more info from the wiki page) - dirs like bouncer and zz we sync for the first time - in xulrunner/ there are deletions after I manually removed old builds on ftp - the file moves in webtools/ are picked up

This passed muster from justdave and preed via IRC, and worked fine in action.

Final sync was just shy of 35 GB, and took about 70 minutes.
