export / import the tag root and the unfiled root

we currently only import/export the bookmarks root. which means
that the unfiled root and tag root are not being backed up at all,
atm. this is an untenable position.

ideally we could use JSON serialization for this. however, i'm a bit
worried about perf, as we haven't tested large-scale JSON
import/export vs bookmarks HTML format. first thing i'll do is
probably run some tests against large collections to get some ballpark
numbers for this.

fixed in bug 384370, though under the backup/restore options. disambiguation of that vs import/export will be fixed in bug 422919.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
