When ?instripe were written they simply specified zero margin for a .header-large presumably because none of the toolkit apps use it. In order to restore our profile manager we would like .header-large to work again, in particular the negative margins need to be restored to account for the default dialog padding and the colours should match the wizard header.

Note: This style rule has no active consumers, but we (SeaMonkey) want to restore our consumer that got lost in the move to Toolkit.
