Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070802 SeaMonkey/1.1.4 I get an undefined entity in the error console and below the status bar for extensions which try to add toolbar buttons (at least in MailNews). This problem occurs with the de-AT win32 installer for windows (contributed), but not with the zip package. The same problem with 1.1.3

A problem with one L10n only does not block a further release, for all we know, it could just be a bug with that contributed build.

Old XPFE installer is dead now with the end of life for SeaMonkey 1.x, so this is not relevant any more in the SeaMonkey 2 world.
