Remove Return Receipt option from mail compose window Options menu (doesn't appear anywhere else in compose window). After speaking with jefft who is the developer for return receipts, it is pretty much determined that return receipts will be OUT for this seamonkey/6.0 release (ref main tracking bug #16241). The 4.x implementation of the compose window option for return receipts tied into what kind of receipt was specified in the prefs Return Receipts panel. There will be nothing to tie into prefs-wise and Jeff agreed since we don't support receipts in our client, the consistent solution would be to take the option out of our message compose window, too.
