We're still underwater some here, but we've drawn within 14% on all platforms, after being twice as slow or worse on some platforms, so we'll have to take it the rest of the way next cycle.

Not sure what the right resolution for tracking bugs that aren't quite relevant anymore... -> INCOMPLETE

(I can't find good comparative numbers for Firefox 2 anymore, but from graphserver it looks like we're down 14% from Fx3, and continuing to move downwards.)
