Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.start downloading a large file 2.open download manager 3.interact with UI, f.e. click and hold on window frame (as if resizing) Actual Results: -No download progress is made while window frame is held (confirmed by monitoring network utilization) Expected Results: Download continues, progress is updated in the window. On Windows Vista, with 9/24 Minefield nightly build.
