When a website pops up a window, and that window is then closed, the user is presented with the next tab. He should be presented with the tab that opened the popup.
For instance, a user may have tabs 1,2 and 3 open (from left to right). He is browsing in Tab 2, which opens a popup (tab 2.5). When the user closes tab 2.5 he finds himself on tab 3. He should have been returned to tab 2.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to site with popup
2. Close popup
3. You are now on the wrong tab!
Actual Results:
User finds himself on tab that did not open popup.
Expected Results:
To be returned to the same tab that opened popup.

This is still a bug (Firefox 3.6.12), and an annoying one. It is as described: If you have open tabs A, B, and C, and are browsing in A, and either open a link in a new tab, or a pop-up opens a new tab, so that opens in tab A2, betwen A and B. When you close tab A2, the page should revert to page A, but B opens instead. Seriously sux.
