Make sure TikiWiki ignores the number of empty lines before/after headings/lists/paragraphs. This helps us ensuring a consistent article format and layout regardless of the author's conventions and allows us to remove parts of the writing style guidelines.
When activated, we need to activate this and test existing articles for layout issues.

The preference "Use Wiki paragraph formatting" does this. Everything's squished together with it on, so we'll have to coordinate CSS changes at the same time.

patch has been committed to svn - now on support-stage (but db being refreshed with support.mozilla.com content daily. The attachment here provides the new content for proper layout of the front page using the new setting.
