User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a8pre) Gecko/2007090304 Minefield/3.0a8pre Build Identifier: Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a8pre) Gecko/2007090304 Minefield/3.0a8pre Table border is not always displayed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open browser 2.Open attached testcase or URL 3.Reduce window size so till scrollbars appear (so you can scroll the page) 4.a.When border on left side is not displayed scroll down a little. 4.b.When border on left side is displayed reload page few times. Actual Results: Sometimes border on the left is not displayed - when it occurs you can scroll to somewhere about half of the page and then it's displayed. Sometimes when it's displayed page reloading causes it to disappear. See attached screenshots of the problem. Expected Results: Border on left side is permanently displayed. No reload, scroll has influence on page layout. Happens on most of gecko browsers. SeaMonkey, FF, Minefield also on Mac.
