https://kubla.sm-cms01.mozilla.com is currently using a completely self-signed SSL certificate, which Firefox 3 won't allow without some prodding. It should have a new certificate that has been signed by the new Mozilla Root Certificate since it is a staging site.
clouserw: Can you provide a CSR for IT to use in order to generate a cert?
