399248 - Scrollbars don't scroll smoothly when viewing Fox videos

Seen using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.8) Gecko/2007100816 Firefox/2.0.0.8.

STR:
1. Go to URL above.
2. Click one one of the Fox videos on the right hand side of the page
3. Try to scroll the bar that appears in the lower right hand corner up and down (Make sure to have the "News" tab focused so you get a long enough list to scroll)
4. Eventually it gets stuck and I can't scroll it smoothly.

This issue also occurs on the 2.0.0.8 branch candidate running on Tiger. I don't see this bug on the trunk (Tiger).

While we would likely not fix this for the branch, the reason I filed this is because I saw it on 10.5 and wanted to see if this is symptomatic of something that might be a larger problem with scrollbars.
