User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a8) Gecko/2007091216 GranParadiso/3.0a8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a8) Gecko/2007091216 GranParadiso/3.0a8 When I first upgraded to trunk, I noticed my download manager had a lot fewer items now. I still use it occasionally to remember where I downloaded certain PDF documents for school from, so I assumed that downloads had gained an expiration time like History, but then I found browser.download.manager.displayedHistoryDays in config, which I just raised. Not that many users would be able to find that, and a handful might find older DM history useful, too. A "Show older downloads..." button that's found at the bottom of the scrolling list wouldn't take up important space, and would be easily discoverable by people looking for 1week+ old downloads. It could expand the list by increments of displayedHistoryDays, or maybe double displayedHistoryDays each time it's pressed, and reset to the user setting when the DM is closed. Reproducible: Always Actual Results: You can't find downloads that are 8 days old without going into about:config Expected Results: There should be discoverable UI.
