See screenshot, sometimes I see these black bars where you should see the list-style-image.
In general, layering over a window or context menu makes the bug go away, so it is a painting issue.
I think I see this more often happening when scrolling 50px downward and then doing a shift-reload.

I think I can reproduce it reasonably often with this testcase (usually within 10 times shift-reload or so).

The behavior is slightly different in trunk, but it's still there. I see a slight flash of the dot, then it switches back to the correct glyph.

I have this problem too; could it be a cache problem (it happens only when I refresh page with ctrl+shift+r)?
