399465 - Provide update snippets for Sunbird 0.5 to Sunbird 0.7 update

The previous Sunbird 0.5 release checks for updates on the official aus2.m.o server via the following URL:

    https://aus2.mozilla.org/update/2/%PRODUCT%/%VERSION%/%BUILD_ID%/
    %BUILD_TARGET%/%LOCALE%/%CHANNEL%/%OS_VERSION%/update.xml
    
From the discussion in Bug 381420 there are two possibilities to make the automatic update Sunbird 0.5 to Sunbird 0.7 work:

1) The update snippets will be posted on aus2.m.o. 
This means we require support from the Mozilla build engineers in creating the update snippets via Patcher2 tool, testing them and posting them to aus2.m.o.

or 
2) The update snippets will be posted on aus2-community.m.o and aus2.m.o redirects all Sunbird requests to aus2-community.m.o. 
This means we require support from the Mozilla serverop team to get aus2-community.m.o up and working and adding the redirect and support from the Mozilla build engineers in creating the update snippets via Patcher2, testing them and posting them to aus2-community.m.o.

In both cases we need full and partial update snippets for all 3 platforms and 22 locales (21 excluding mn locale).
