Delete all your profiles and start the Profile Manager. Now create a new profile. After creating the profile, the profile name is selected but the Start Mozilla button is still disabled, and so is the Rename and Delete profile buttons.

nav triage team: QA, please confirmthat this is what happens to a first time user without a 4.x or seamonkey previous install. We are concerned that these reproduce steps of deleting profiles does not really give you the new user scenario. nsbeta3+ If QA learns that this is *not* a new user scenario, please remove the nsbeta3+
Whiteboard: [nsbeta3+]
I can remove my 4.x and seamonkey profiles, but not sure if there is a machine around here that has not had a previouse seamonkey install- not sure a 'first time user' experience can be reproduced without cleaning machine as noted. It is reproducible daily by me as I clean my machines to simulate clean installs/launches
Steps to reproduce: 1) Start Mozilla Profile Manager 2) Delete all your Mozilla Profiles 3) Press Exit 4) Start Mozilla Profile Manager 5) Create a new profile Now watch the Start Mozilla button stays disables
