Should bug 399045 get implemented, we'll collect intermediate CA certs in the permanent NSS storage. As of today, Certificate Manager will display all CA certs in the Authorities tab. This might be just fine, but there is the idea of display intermediate and toplevel CA certs in separate tabs. The purpose of this bug is to track this idea and arguments.
