40005 - Option to disable windows being spawned on exit

A nice feature of Mozilla would be to add an option to preferences whereby a 
user can disable the ability of a web-site to spawn a new browser window when 
that site is exited (either by going to another URL or closing the window)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL
2. Close it.

Actual Results:  A new browser window is spawned on exit.

I don't in anyway endorse the site i've used as an example. I don't use it 
either; I just did a search for some 'warez' sites and closed them until I 
found 
one that spawned a new window on exit.
An option to disable the ability of a website to open more windows on exit 
would 
be great.

already an option to disable window.open in onunload/onclose events?

I really don't think this is a dup of bug 858.  It is a dup of bug 33448, 
though.

Bug 33448 covers closing windows, and not browsing away from urls, however I'm 
not sure that browsing away from urls triggers an event.

vrfy dupe. If when that bug is fixed it can be shown that we don't handle that 
case please create a testcase and attach it somewhere (possibly here, although 
we might have a bug for it elsewhere).
