We should remove the |font-family: sans-serif| rule from svg.css, or else add a comment saying why we have it. The spec says the initial value depends on the user agent, so we don't have it there for spec reasons. I think it's stupid that the text in mixed HTML/SVG examples shows up in a different font. E.g. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=284921

CSS doesn't support // comments. Use /**/ comments.
