yml files not being removed from the C:\Slave\Trunk19\Talos directory.
Well, the qm-pxp01-03 machines was retired... so we definitely don't have issues with yaml files on them anymore.  More generally, the config file used by a given talos slave is removed as cleanup during the next test run so they don't hang around anymore.
