Details
Sort Key: a number between 1 and 32767 by which this type will be sorted when displayed to users in a list; ignore if you don't care what order the types appear in or if you want them to appear in alphabetical order
It should say that elements with the same number are sorted alphabetically, and it might want to warn that:
1.1, 1.2, 1.10 will not sort correctly which means you *really* want to plan to assign 1.10 to the next sort index (found while reviewing bugzilla's flags).
