This is a Clipping bug.
Open Address Book or Mail News
Implicit: Show the sidebar
Drag my sidebar down until the top of the bookmarks rect lines up with the top 
of the status line containing Document: Done [or equiv]
Result: Bookmarks is rendered on top of blue edge [outside of the expected 
sidebar box]
Expected result: Bookmarks is somehow clipped.

Probably related is this: If you shrink and expand the sidebar using the
(vertical) divider in the browser window, cruft shows up next to the highest
visible thing in the bookmarks panel. (linux 2000092906)

Reassigning 50 Sidebar bugs to Matt.  I was told this was going to be done 
shortly about two months ago, but it clearly hasn't been.  I think that's long 
enough for all these bugs to remain assigned to nobody.
