When on a secure website (like this bug) and the space is restricted there is some overlapping that occurs in the address bar. This should act the same on a secured website that on unsecured website. Regression probably occurred with the landing of the Larry UI.

I see something similar on windows xp: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a9pre) Gecko/2007102407 Minefield/3.0a9pre note, when loading a blank tab or a http:// site, I don't see this problem.

I cannot see why this should be Severity:major. Either the UI fails in one way, or it fails in another way. Is there a big difference between these two?

This bug block the access to the adress and moves UI elements on incorrect emplacements. After looking at the severity page marking minor.

it might not be obvious in the screen shot, but the star, the go button, the search bar separator, and the search engine picker keep moving when the url bar "..." and the history drop down arrow stop. I think this is a recent regression, as my own (recent) build doesn't seem to have this problem.

Screenshot of the bug
the min-width of the location bar is 7em or so; the identity box seems to take a good part of that, pushing the star and the dropmarker beyond the border.

This regressed between the 21 and the 22. This is (I think) the landing day of the larry UI.
