1. Log in as a regular user.
2. Go to any article in the staging area.

Instead of an Edit button, it's an edit staging copy button, which creates a staging copy (*article+name).

It seems pointless to me, that a new contributor wishing to edit an article in the staging area has to create a staging copy.
