UI for full page zoom today. Zoom or out on a bugzilla page to see that <select> widgets don't quite scale right...

Seems like the width of the blue dropdown marker doesn't scale proportionally. It looks too fat when zooming out, and too skinny when zooming in. The up/down arrows don't seem to change size at all. When fully zoomed out, the <selects> seem to become cropped on top.

Pretty sure we're just using the native theme drawing here, so it's not doing the scaling stuff right.
