The attached testcase, originally attached to bug 400069, shows duplicated content.
The expected rendering is (I think) something like:
m ع mm
but what I see is more like:
m ع mm
ع m

... except that I don't see it anymore in attachment 286605 [details], which is just the original, attachment 285248 [details], saved locally and re-uploaded. This is an attempt to get back to the original.

I do see it in the first testcase. Try Shift-reload for a better effect.
