See testcase which comes from bug 332246. The first value should be 100, but in current trunk builds it's 101. This regressed between 2007-02-06 and 2007-02-07: http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsquery.cgi?treeid=default&module=all&branch=HEAD&branchtype=match&dir=&file=&filetype=match&who=&whotype=match&sortby=Date&hours=2&date=explicit&mindate=2007-02-06+04&maxdate=2007-02-07+09&cvsroot=%2Fcvsroot I guess a regression from bug 177805.
There is a mochitest in there that checks this, but is disaled for windows for this case. So as soon as this is fixed, the following mochitest should remove the windows test: http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/content/html/content/test/test_bug332246.html
