401961 - Get URIs of all windows/tabs

The crash reporter currently only gets the URI of the top most tab/window. We should get URIs from all tabs and windows and store that information even if it's not publicly exposed on Socorro.

It definitely has privacy concerns which is why we'd stick that information in a private version of Socorro that also listed email addresses and other information we use in the private version of Talkback server.

Since I forgot to mention it in comment 0, the use case for this is if a different window/tab cause the crash. We're already pulling the top window/tab and sending it to Socorro which we didn't do with Talkback (there are privacy concerns with that as well). This just expands that.

The fact that we're already doing something that will bother the privacy-conscious shouldn't be used as justification for doing more of it.

That it's a "private socorro" doesn't really matter. Capturing data about sites people are visiting without them knowing, and without them being able to opt out, isn't a good idea.

I'm kinda opposed to this too, although I believe that the "show me the info contained in the report" section will show all data that has been annotated...
