When viewing the Properties window (accessed through CTRL+click on the dropdown from a hyperlink), the Properties window cannot be close with the system-universal APPLE + W.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any hyperlink on any page on the Interweb.
2. CTRL click on the link to expose the dropdown menu of options.
3. Select PROPERTIES
4. The window that comes up shows the properties of that link. Read it. Enjoy it.
5. Hitting CMD+W to close the window (Apple + W) doesn't work as it does for every other window in any application in the operating system. In short, it seems broken.
6. The window WILL close if you click on the red CLOSE button in the upper left. Keyboard shortcut is just not working.
Actual Results:
Nothing. Window would not close.

Expected Results:
Window should close.
