When you go to a page, the first tooltip that will display (title tag, etc) will show up blank (2px or so high, empty content). Rolling over the image again will cause it to work correctly.

Leopard only. 1.5.3.

You can use the "mozilla" image at the top right of every bug as a testcase.

I don't know why it hates us, but simply calling the exact same method again right away fixes it. Leopard: embrace insanity; if you don't get the results you want from an API, just call it again.

It's not pretty, but that code is a huge hackfest already, and it can't cause any harm.

I landed this for Stuart (well, for all of our tooltip sanity ;) ) tonight on trunk and MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH.
