Upon trying to save a file whose name contains a slash ("/"), the download is silently left (with a temporary name) in the Downloads folder, rather than at the selected path.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Download any file.
2.  Assign it a name containing a slash "/".
Actual Results:  
File is silently left (with a temporary name) in the Downloads folder.

Expected Results:  
File should appear in the chosen path with its chosen name.
