User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.9) Gecko/20071025 Firefox/2.0.0.9 In that page there are tree differents buttons that will call the submit action: 1.- "GO" button for the search box 2.- "GO" button for the quotes box 3.- "Sign in" for the login fields. There is a javascript function for each textbox of those fields waiting for the user to hit "Enter" to handle the call, if you are on search after hitting Enter the button of search should handle the call, the same for quotes and login. This happens ONLY if I this site is not listed in "Exceptions" or "Show Passwords" lists (Tools/Preferences/Security/[[Passwords Section]) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to http://community.investopedia.com/login/login.aspx 2.type whatever user and password (you don't need to have an account, anyhow if you wanted one and you want to learn about stocks it's free ;) ). 3.hit Enter 4.- you will get a prompt asking you if you want FF to remember the password... hit "Not Now" Actual Results: You will get redirected to http://www.investopedia.com/search/results.aspx?q=Keyword(s) Expected Results: You should get a message saying that the user and/or password was wrong (in case that you didin't open an account) or redirected to your profile page. Try again the same steps, but this time 4.- Select "Remember" or "Never for this site". You will get redirected to the same results.aspx page. 5.- Go back (in case that you didn't provided a valid user and password) or sign out (on the top of the page, if you provided a valid user and password combination) and try again the first 3 steps. And you will get redirected to your profile page this time, to be able to reproduce again the "bug", you would have to go to prefenreces a remove the site from your exceptions or show passwords list.
