I have a dual monitor setup on my work machine (xorg.conf file attached below).  If I'm running firefox on my primary monitor, and want to start it on my second monitor (so I can have one browser window on monitor one and another one on monitor two) the second instances fails to start with the message:

"Firefox is already running, but is not responding.  To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process,or restart your system."

Note that with this setup I can't move windows from one monitor to the other, so I can't just open a second window on the primary monitor and drag it across to the second monitor.

2. Start firefox on monitor one.
3. Try to start firefox on monitor two.
Actual Results:  
Second instance won't start.
