403982 - UCTH and app picker dialogs are styled inconsistently

There are at least three inconsistencies between the UCTH and the app picker dialogs:

1. The name of the file in the UCTH dialog is cropped left, while the name in the app picker dialog is cropped center (once bug 400466 lands).

2. The icon in the UCTH dialog is small, while the one in the app picker dialog is large.

3. The UCTH dialog bolds the file type, while the app picker dialog bolds the filename.

At least the first two seem worthy of fixing; not sure about the third, given that the UCTH dialog presents a different overall set of information.

Given that beltzner was pro-center-cropping for the app picker dialog over in bug 400466, comment 8, I presume he's pro-center-cropping for the UCTH dialog.

Regarding the icon size, it looks like there's space in the UCTH dialog for a larger icon, and it seems like a larger icon would better balance the image against the multi-line text next to it, so I'd say it makes more sense to make the UCTH icon larger, but beltzner or faaborg should weigh in on that.
