See bug 403783. I tried to reproduce it, and so did bz. Filing on rhelmer's advice. I live in San Jose, if you want me on site...
See bug 403783 comment 6, sounds easier than getting a tinderbox.

I have every reason to believe so, bhearsum, but I'm not in a position to act on it.
After seeing Ted's comment i'm going to have to close this as WONTFIX. We almost never give out access to build machines - and it looks like there is a way to reproduce this without access.
