User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.9) Gecko/20071025 Firefox/2.0.0.9 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.9) Gecko/20071025 Firefox/2.0.0.9 Clicking repeatedly on the same folder in the left part of the local file/folder browser (e.g. when saving a page, image or download) sometimes displays the contents of that folder twice in the right part of the local file/folder browser. If this happens, clicking again usually results in a correct display of the folder contents. By the way, something else I noticed (but which may be unrelated), is the following. Suppose I want to save something, and the folder browser starts in /home/theuser/subdir. If I then click on "theuser" right above "Places", the browser goes up one directory, but "subdir" remains selected in the folder contents on the right, so that if I then click on the "Save" button, the file is saved in /home/theuser/subdir instead of /home/theuser (what I would expect). Am I the only one who is confused by this behavior? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. right click on an image 2. click on "Save Image As" 3. click on the _current_ folder in the list on the left ("Places") Actual Results: The list with files and folders on the right displays each item contained in the current folder twice. Expected Results: The list with files and folders on the right should display each item contained in the current folder only once. I believe this bug has been introduced recently. My OS is Debian testing.
I think I have seen this in Deluge or KTorrent Save or Open dialog recently (not longer than a month ago). Not sure about the exact app or dialog, though. Also Debian testing.
