Steps to reproduce problem:
1. Open the attachment.
2. Type into the first text box until it is more than full.
3. Delete characters from the second text box.
Actual results:
Characters disappear from the first text box. Eventually it appears to be empty
when it is not.
Expected results:
Some characters should be visible in the text box unless it really is empty.
Additional information:
This applies to the location field which should be "scrolled" to the left when
the location changes.
