Summary: After editing a page, we should offer to return a user to their previous directory.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Edit some page (https://kubla.sm-cms01.mozilla.com/edit/test/foo)
2. Click Submit

Actual Results:

Depending on your user-account type, you'll see something like:

"* You're creating a new file.
 * There aren't any active publishers for that locale so I've notified the admins about the update instead.
 * Your changes have been saved." etc.

Expected Results:

Additionally, it would be really nice if we offered to return the user to the directory from which they came
