404554 - Add note about internet download manager to the 3.0b1 release notes

Old versions of the Internet Download Manager are causing the top several topcrashes in Minefied/b1 releases. We should add a release note similar to the following:

"Firefox 3 will crash if an old of the internet download manager is installed."

See also bug 382356, where we're hoping to blacklist the affected extension versions... however we need to do some QA before pushing that change live, because we haven't ever done a blacklist yet and we want to make sure we don't negatively affect FF2 users.

Do we know if this plugin has a maxVer that includes 3.0? If it's crashing people who've used the NTT or checkCompatibility=false pref, I'm not that interested in relnoting it, top crasher or not.

I couldn't find any of the older versions listed in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=382356#c25:

(I can find 4.x+ and 5.x+ just fine.)

I've emailed Charles asking for archived binaries with which to test.
