When scrolling with a scrollwheel or by clicking the arrows on the scroll bar, there is a lag before scrolling begins, and when you stop moving the scrollwheel there is a lag before it stops. This is annoying. Problem seems to go away when smooth scrolling is turned off.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a web page that is bigger than the screen
2. scroll using scroll gesture on trackpad or mouse.
3.
Actual Results:
Start and End of visual scroll lag.
Expected Results:
Should not lag.
