When viewing page info security the "View Cookies" and "View Saved Passwords" are not context sensitive while the remainder of the tabs are context sensitive, i.e. General, Media, Feeds and Permissions are specific to the site which you are viewing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tools>Page Info
2.Click on security tab
3.View Cookies or View Saved Passwords


Expected Results:  
The cookies that are associated with the URL or view passwords that are associated with the URL
