Seen using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2007112604 Minefield/3.0b2pre STR: 1. Go to a bugzilla bug such as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=404885, and click on the crash-stats link and load it in the same tab. Result: The page loads without a scrollbar. If it load it in a new tab, the scrollbar is shown.
I don't use this problem on 10.5. Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2007112304 Minefield/3.0b2pre
I used a clean profile on Tiger, where I reported the bug, and when I moved to today's nightly on Leopard I am seeing the same thing. The vertical scrollbar is the one that does not show for me. I also increase the font size quite a bit on the pages I view.

Marcia, are you also not seeing a horizontal scrollbar when going from one wikipedia page to another in the same tab?
