Bug 403331 adds an open redirect to server.js. When bug 401649 lands, we can replace this with something specific to that test case.

The test passes with this change, haven't run all the tests yet to see whether anybody else started relying on /redirect (a search for "/redirect" says no, but that's not conclusive). I'll check this in after doing a full run to be sure; it's test-only and trivial, so I'm not going to waste someone's time asking for a review.

No other tests relied on /redirect, for what it's worth; fixt.
