Details
Bug 398478 separates the offline cache from the rest of the caches in when clearing data. Once this lands, Camino should be updated to clear the offline cache when clearing private data.

This includes resetting Camino and... where else?

"Empty Cache", I guess? We already have a bug on "Empty Cache" not clearing the site icon cache (bug 319486), which implies that we believe "cache" is a generic term encompassing all browser caches.
Empty Cache… appears in the History prefPane in addition to the Camino menu.
Summary: clear the offline cache when clearing private data → clear the offline cache when resetting Camino
Since this other stuff seems to work in 1.9.x, we should be sure to hook this up.

Except for the Offline Cache :P
This depends on bug 529918, where maybe, magically, at some point, we'll figure out why nothing gets stored in the Offline Cache, and at that point we'll need to start clearing it.
