There are (or should be) a few rules for having your file scream in all caps about it being LOCKED DOWN, chief among them that you change your address within four years of it becoming invalid, and that you not allow typos which refer to images that don't exist to persist for six years.
STR:
1. Insert - Table - OK
2. Click in a cell, Format - Table Cell Properties...
3. Choose "Row" in the Selection menulist
4. Note that Previous has an arrow-up, but Next doesn't have an arrow-dn

Fix v.1
I don't know that you can blame cmankse for not knowing that hewitt renamed the image - at least he kept the image the same size ;-) I think it might be nice to land the SeaMonkey change on branch too, although obviously there aren't any flags that I can set.

Hmm, I bet assigning this to me would increase the odds I'll remember to check it in.

OMG For a second there I actually thought someone had the Authority/desire/will to really fix some of these core/editor bugs, that have been around forever. IE: bug 253222 bug 351620 but alas, seems like a mis-assignment of product/component.
