http-equiv="refresh" steal focus if i start to type new address in location bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open page which redirects after 3-5 sec to another with http-equiv="refresh"
2.start to type new URL in location bar
3.if you type very fast you can open what you want
Actual Results:  
if you didn't type new URL fast enough firedox change it to URL in http-equiv tag

Expected Results:  
i think that i am smarter than firefox and i know what page i want to open.
firefox didn't have to change address in address bar when i already started to type in there!!!!
