Shows the broken look
Even after bug 403705, most resizers in Firefox/Linux look bad. They are used in these places:
# Places: vertical and horizontal resizer
# Pageinfo->Media: horizontal resizer
# Addons->Themes: vertical resizer

The resizers don't draw borders correctly.

This is how it should look like, more or less. The handle is theme-dependant, don't know if it is possible to copy the exact look for every theme. Right background and border color would be a huge win already.

Also affected is thunderbird, which does not draw a background and is missing top borders for horizontal bars. I think this is somewhat related.
