407012 - firefox does not show GUI on vista

firefox does not startup on vista sometimes - means no GUI appears.
but there is a "firefox.exe" in task-manager.
but you cannot kill it. so you have to restart windows vista to be able to run firefox again.
and if you do a "taskkill /IM firefox.exe /F" it sais it cannot be killed because there is no instance running of this process. (or so. i cannot translate it)
talkback gives no error!

Could be caused by a firewall locking up the process.
